D Day shoot 2026 – Historical Military Firearms

Many members  possess historical military firearms, typically WW1 and WW2 battle rifles such as Commonwealth Lee Enfields, German Mausers, Swiss Schmidt Rubens, Norwegian Krags, Swedish Carl Gustafs, Russian Mosins and so forth.

These are often seen in use on standard club shoots but occasionally, when there is sufficient interest and willing RCOs can be found, the club holds a special shoot themed around historical firearms for this interest group. If you’d like to attend one of these shoots, please  add historical military arms to the lists of interests registered in your membership details and you’ll receive an invitation.

The next historical military shoot is planned for Saturday 6th June – “D Day” – with the potential for a barbeque afterwards.  If you’d like to come along, please let us know well in advance so we can ensure we have enough RCOs available.
